"Wake up" - my son!
"Wake up" - my son!
I've lived in darkness - covered
by white lies.
My heart precipitates on seeing the poor little
Goats - Aren't they?
Two cents' worth - from my mind,
I break a piece off.
My son - Aren't you?
Life's like a ring-a-ring o' roses,
Where the bastards drew the circle.
Where we 'must' join our hands,
And go - round and round.
We all fall down?
"All blind goats!" - They all fell,
But why you? - My son.
"Fall!", but fall like no one else had fallen.
Because fall isn't bad at all.
"Remember!" - Fall isn't bad,
But fall somewhere else,
And rise!
With your own bag of bones.
(*claps)
Wake up - my son, "wake up!"
The time has come.

A blind prevailing trend described in a simple poetic format..Nice expression..😌👍
ReplyDeleteVery nicely penned 👍 Such a nice choice of words describing the emotions felt by a father towards his son 😊
